Q1:Can I get some samples?
A:Yes, we can provide you samples for testing，but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q2:What shipping methods can you provide?
A:By sea, air or express. You can also pick up by yourself if we have stock in our EU warehouse.

Q3:Are these motorcycles legal to circulate on European road?
A:Yes, We can provide you EEC/COC/CE certification.

Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 4-7 days in Europe, 15 to 30 days in other continent after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items, the quantity of your order and your location.

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q7: What's your warranty terms?
A: 1 year for the frame, 1 year for the motor, half year for the battery.
Warranty Exclusions ： Normal wear and tear or gradual deterioration of product performance; damage caused by any external cause; exposed to liquid.
